Testing Week

PLEASE TURN OFF AUTOLAP ON YOUR WATCH FOR THESE WORKOUTS

Note on the testing weeks they are intentionally light (just take it - don't push more or do more than is prescribed) through any given workout!

Please have all devices loaded and working

1. Swimming CSS Test

Please record your 400m and 200m Times. Write in the Coaching notes and check that the results are placed correctly into your Threshold Intensities. Note if your 200m average time is slower than your 400m you won't get a CSS Result.

2. Cycling Test

Please have your HR and Power Recording - preferably you need a Heart Rate strap to record this. If you don't use a HR strap please make a comment in your Coaching Notes that the HR results are wrist based.

Please turn your wind trainer off ERG mode.

Check that the results are placed correctly into your Threshold Intensities - you will need to choose (20 minute test) then in the time section put in "00:20:00" then put in the 20min power average and heart rate average.

3. Run Test

Please have your HR Strap On and Record your Pace as well.

Remember to turn off your auto lap for the results to be easily recorded.

Check that the results are placed correctly into your Threshold Intensities - you will need to choose (5km or 10km test) then in the time section put in your time result eg. for 5km "00:25:43" then put in the average heart rate

NON-STRUCTURED WORKOUTS - ie. They do not load on your watch/ platforms

Please note these sessions are not "built workouts" as the intention is that you push yourself to the best of your ability rather than having the limitations of a built workout.

If you really, really need structured workouts you can IMPORT these ones if need
