Hi @everyone I have just launched the Open Water Sessions for the 26-27 season. If you're new to these, here is a quick explanation. 1. Open Water Swim Training 6:45 am Workouts are varied, with a warm-up set, skills, and a main set of varying times/distances. Using our set courses, "slower swimmers" are never too far in front or behind. So we aren't non-stop swimming; there are small breaks between sets. 2. Open Water Swim Clinics 8:00 am These sessions focus on developing core open water skills and boosting swimmers' confidence. We'll teach these skills and put them into practice in a fun, supportive setting. For more entry-level or novice open water swimmers, completed in shallower water. 2026-27 DATES FOR SATURDAY SWIM SESSION Saturday 10 October 2026 Saturday 17 October 2026 Saturday 7 November 2026 Saturday 21 November 2026 Saturday 5 December 2026 Saturday 12 December 2026 Saturday 16 January 2027 Saturday 30 January 2027 Saturday 13 February 2027 Saturday 27 February 2027 Season Pass 10 Session Pack - $189 FREE - Boost Open Water Swim Goggles - $59 (First 30 people) FREE - Compulsory Boost Pink or Yellow Swim Cap - $19 (1 per season) Individual Session Individual sessions: $29 & include one compulsory swim cap per season New Caps I have new caps this season, hopefully arriving soon for big hair and big heads. Triathlon Tip A number of the triathletes who attend the 6:45 am session at Milford tend to bike and run immediately after as part of their triathlon training. Any questions?
